Registration fee includes conference, program, schedule, abstracts, final proceedings, a welcome reception on Sunday night, conference banquet, and coffee breaks.

*The Accompanying Guest Fee is an optional charge for one guest to accompany a registered conference participant to these social events only: welcome reception on Sunday night and the conference banquet.

Additional Hotel Information: The above rates are net, non-commissionable, and are subject to all prevailing taxes and assessments, currently 10.05%. There is a $20 charge for each additional person per night. Children staying in the same room under eighteen (18) years of age are free. There is a $20.00 fee per night for rollaways.

Method of payment: All payments are in US dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are Credit Card, Check, or Cash (at conference only--will be at the after February 16, 2007 rates).

Cancellation Policy: If notification of cancellation is received before March 1, 2007, a full refund will be issued; after March 1, 2007, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
