Abstract Submission

 

Participants are encouraged to present their latest research results in the form of a poster. Some of the abstracts may be invited to present their results as contributions. A large amount of time will be devoted to the poster sessions, which will become part of the general program. These sessions, as in the past conferences, should provide lively discussions in the scientific exchanges held at the symposium.

 

Send a 1/2-page summary in PDF and Word by e-mail. The summary should fit in the template provided. Clear tables, line drawings, and photographs can be included anywhere. If the summary is accepted, it will appear in the program in offset print. Characters and illustrations exceeding the above area limit may not be printed in the program. The Word and pdf files must reach the following conference e-mail address by December 15, 2006 to be considered.

To submit your abstract, please follow these four steps:

1. Download the abstract template in rft format (listed aboved as template).

2. Write your half page abstract using MS Word.

3. Print your abstract as a pdf file. Make sure the page size is U.S. letter and NOT A4. The Adobe PDF conversion settings should be "Press Quality."

4. Send your abstract as pdf and Word files as attachments to:

Authors will be notified by January 15, 2007 if their papers have been accepted or not. Receipt and notification will be sent to the first author, unless otherwise instructed. No submitted papers will be returned to authors. The presenting author must register by February 16, 2007.
