Renting a space in the commercial exhibition gives partners the right to:
-One registration to the conference
-ID Badges to access the venue and move freely around the Conference and Exhibition CentreA single space cannot be occupied by more than one exhibitor, unless previously authorized by the organization.
The price of a 3 x 3 m booth is:
Payment is accepted via wire transfer, check or credit card (see the Reservation form).
A 50 % deposit is due upon reservation of the booth; the remaining 50 % must be received by July 12, 2010. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Lack of payment entitles the organization to cancel the application and make use of the space.
Once the exhibitor has sent the application and it has been confirmed by the organisation, the reservation will be made, but the exhibition stand rental contract will not be valid until the remaining 50% payment has been received. The confirmation of the allocated stand and the invoice will be sent by mail to the participating company.
A 50% refund will be issued if the rental is cancelled before May 12, 2010. No refund will be applied if the rental is cancelled after that date. Cancellations must be sent in written form to Eurocongres.
